400 M Run
40 Hand Release Push Ups
200 M Run
20 Ab Mat Sit Ups
100 M Run
10 Pull Ups
50 M Weight Overhead Walking Lunge
50 M Run with weight back
After Burn:
8 Minute Walking Man Makers with partner
Go as far as you can then switch, repeat for 8 minutes
